PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Frostburg State dropped a three-set match to Carnegie Mellon in non-conference volleyball action, Tuesday. The Bobcats, who suffered their four-straight loss, falls to 2-13 overall on the season while CMU improves to 12-3.
Frostburg posted its best score in the first game, falling 25-16. FSU suffered 25-14 and 25-15 losses in games two and three, respectively.
Sophomore Caitlyn Collins finished the evening with 19 assists and nine digs, while senior April Wolfe had 12 digs and five kills. Sophomore Aimee Petrides led the attack with nine kills.
Frostburg returns to action on Friday at the Goucher Invitational.
