FROSTBURG, Md. – Four different Frostburg State men's soccer players scored as the Bobcats rolled to a 4-0 shutout of St. Mary's (Md.) on senior day in Capital Athletic Conference action, Saturday.

FSU posted its sixth shutout of the season and pushed its record to 11-3 overall and 4-2 in the CAC.
After scoring once in the first half and taking that narrow 1-0 lead into intermission, the Bobcats exploded in the second half. In a nearly 11-minute stretch starting at 63:37, FSU tallied three goals and suddenly led 4-0 at 84:03.
Senior Jason Bennett scored an unassisted goal in the 17th minute for the action of the opening stanza.
The game remained 1-0 until 63:37. Sophomore Kyle Walczak found junior Bryan Lentine on a corner kick for a 2-0 lead.
FSU kept its foot on the gas as senior Kunle Akinfeleye connected with junior Joe Clarke for a goal at 75:00 and a 3-0 cushion. Senior Raphael Adjeoda later assisted a goal to Akinfeleye at 84:03 that capped the Bobcats' afternoon.
The Bobcats led 7-3 in shots in the first half, but posted a better shooting percentage in the second scoring three goals on nine shots, while holding St. Mary's to just three attempts.
Freshman Hassan Mostafa stopped four shots for the Bobcats in net for his sixth win of the season. Austin Brown was saddled with the loss after allowing all four goals and making just three saves.
FSU returns to action next Saturday with a road contest at Mary Washington at 3:30 pm.
