FROSTBURG, MD - Kate Scott scored four goals to lead No.1 Salisbury to a 20-1 victory over Frostburg State in women's lacrosse action Saturday afternoon at Bobcat Field.
Officials called the game with 11:48 left in the second half due to poor field conditions.
The Sea Gulls (8-0) took a commanding 14-0 lead before Bobcat junior Kelley Duncan (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) found the net with 6:54 left in the first half.
Sophomore goalie Rachael Lewis (Laurel, Md./Wilde Lake) had 15 saves for the Bobcats, who fell to 4-5 on the year.
FSU returns to action Saturday as it hosts Goucher at 1:00 pm.
