FROSTBURG, Md. - The Frostburg State field hockey program begins a new era as it welcomes a new coaching staff and enters its first year of play in the Capital Athletic Conference. New head coach Jennifer Johnstone comes to the Bobcats after serving as the head coach for the field hockey team at Kenyon College during the 2008 and 2009 seasons. While there, she led the Ladies to 18 wins with an appearance in the North Coast Athletic Conference championship game in 2008.

FROSTBURG, Md. - The 2010 Frostburg State University football media guide is now online. The Bobcats, who finished third in the Atlantic Central Football Conference last season, kickoff the year on Saturday, September 4 when they host Geneva at Bobcat Stadium at 7:30 p.m.

Rogish and the players touched on topics from senior leadership to the new offense that will be installed this year.

Men's Soccer | 8.27.10
FROSTBURG, Md. - The 2010 Frostburg State men’s soccer team is coming off three-straight 12-win seasons and is poised to carry that recent success into the first year in the Capital Athletic Conference this fall. The Bobcats, who finished 12-7-1 and made their eighth-straight trip to the AMCC Tournament semifinals last year, hope to make a successful transition to the new conference and compete right away with some high-quality teams.

Frostburg State University student-athletes have earned 297 All-American Awards since 1953.

Hall of Fame 1
The three former student-athletes that will be inducted into FSU’s 2010 Hall of Fame class, combined to win 299 games/matches during their careers.

The 2010-11 athletic year is the first for FSU athletic teams as a part of the Capital Athletic Conference.
NCAA Tourmament 1
The Frostburg State volleyball program has made eight trips to the NCAA Tournament since becoming a varsity sport in 1994 (16 years).
All-American 2
Bobcat student-athletes have collected 33 All-American awards since 2000.
All-American 1
Frostburg State Athletics has had at least one All-American every year since 1974.
