2018-19 Indoor: Posted three top-10 and two runner-up finishes … Collected second place in the 5,000 (20:42.64) at Marietta and second in the one-mile run at the Larry Sharpe Inv. at Hagerstown C.C. … Posted 16^th in 5,000 (21:09.00) at CAC Championships.

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets … Placed 11th in the 10,000 (46:34.44) at CAC Championships … Finished second and set PR in the 10,000 (42:59.76) at Gettysburg … Took eighth in the 5000 (21:24.76) at Messiah and ninth in the 5000 (20:48.77) at Susquehanna.
