Prior to Frostburg: Ran Track & Field and played Volleyball at Brunswick High School... All-County honorable mention in both sports in 2023 and 2024... Member of National Art Honor Society... Received Theodore Stephens Academic Honor from 2018-20. 

Personal: Daughter of Rudy and Shelly Smallwood...  Majoring in Environmental Science with a Minor in Sustainability.Â
