Biography

2016-17: Opened the season with two runner-up finishes in the 200-yard freestyle and the 50-yard freestyle, along with third in the 100-yard backstroke at Hampden-Sydney … Made B finals for all events during CAC competition.
 
2015-16: Swam to nine top-five finishes over the season … Competed in the 50, 200, and 100-yard freestyle at CAC Championships.
 
Prior to FSU: Earned one varsity letter at Luton Sixth Form College, and was in the top 10% of her class at Luton Sixth Form College … Won the overall Sports Woman of the Year in 2011 and Rugby Player of the Year in 2013 while at Icknield.
 
Personal: Daughter of Laxmi and Armando Russo … Majoring in computer science with a minor in finance.
