Prior to Frostburg: Played Soccer and ran Track & Field at Mountain Ridge High School... Region and WestMAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2024... First Team All-Region and All-WestMAC in 2021 and 2024... Track State runner-up in 4x400m relay in 2023 and 2024... 4x800m State runner-up in 2023, 3rd place in 2025... Received Christina Kreiling All-Around Female Athlete Award and Gladys Faherty Female Scholar Athlete Award in 2025... Minds in Motion Award recipient all four years... Member of National Honor Society... Received Service Learning Medallion... Graduated in top 10% of class. 

Personal: Daughter of Frank and Meredith Rizzo... Majoring in Nursing.
