Prior to Frostburg: Received four varsity letters and played rugby, basketball, and softball at Roosevelt High School... Was named All-State in 2019... Was named Elite All-State in 2020... Was named Elite All-State and MVP of Iowa in 2021... Received Academic All-State in 2021... Played rugby at Aquinas College from 2022-2023. 

Personal: Daughter of Stacy Hestness... Majoring in Wildlife with a minor in Business.
