Prior to Frostburg: Earned seven varsity letters as Frederick High School in basketball and track & field … Frederick News Post Honorable Mention honoree as a junior in basketball in 2018-19 … Three-time Maryland 3A State Champion at Frederick in basketball … Three-time Maryland Regional Champion … Three-time Spires Division and Central Maryland Conference Champion … Maryland 3A State and Regional Champion in track & field …  Honor Roll student all four years of high school.
