Maggie Sharp begins her first season as the Frostburg State Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach for the 2024-2025 season.
Sharp was a standout player at FSU from 2021-24, being a three-time Team Captain and two-time All-MEC Academic honoree, she helped lead the Bobcats to their first two MEC Postseason appearances. She led the Bobcats in three pointers in each of her three seasons, setting program records for three pointers in a single game (8) and single season (83), while finishing with the second-most triples (206) in school history. In her final season, she gained Second Team All-MEC honors, leading the MEC in three-point percentage while surpassing 1,000 career points.
Having transferred to Frostburg from Towson, where she played from 2019-21, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Sports Management.
