2019 Outdoor: Appeared in all eight meets with five individual top-10 finishes … Took 10th in the 400-meter dash (52.08) at CAC Championships … Also ran the 200 (24.04) and in 4x400 relay (3:25.52) at CACs … Part of FSU’s fastest 4x400 relay (3:24.32) at Frostburg and 4x800 relay (8:01.23) at AARTFC Championships … Won both the 4x400 (3:28.84) and 4x800 (8:06.18) relays at Messiah … Set season-best in the 800 (2:01.84) in a sixth-place effort at the FSU Bobcat Invitational.

2018-19 Indoor: Opened the season with seventh-place finishes in the 400-meter run at Marietta (54.00) and at WVU (53.93) … Took 13^th in the 400 (54.57) at the CACs … Helped the 4x400 relay to a win at the WVU Open in 3:38.00 … The 4x800 relay team posted a win in 8:15.40 at Susquehanna.

2018 Outdoor: Qualified for ECAC Championships in 4x800 … Competed in the 400 and 4x800 at CAC Championships … Ran a season-best 23.84 in the 200 at West Virginia Wesleyan and won the 4x400 relay (3:35.71) … Finished sixth with a season-best 51.73 in the 400 at Messiah.

2017-18 Indoor: Placed third at the ECAC Championships in the Distance Medley Relay (10:36.84)  … Ran 400, 4x400 and DMR at CAC Championships … Placed third at CAC Championships in the DMR (10:40.36) … Won DMR at Susquehanna (11:15.26) … Ran 400 in five meets with a season-best of 52.98 at CAC Championships … Posted 24.98 in the 200 at Bucknell.

2017 Outdoor: Ran the 400 and 4x400 at CAC Championships … Season-best 52.02 in the 400.

2016-17 Indoor: Competed in 400 and 4x400 relay at CAC Championships … Won 4x400 relay (3:35.71) at West Virginia Wesleyan … Ran season-best 4x400 at Gettysburg (3:29.23) … Ran 51.98 in the 400 at CAC Championships … Posted 23.84 in the 200 at West Virginia Wesleyan.
