Placed top-10 and set a personal best 36.18m in the Hammer Throw at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite... Had top-10 finishes in the Hammer Throw at the Bob Lewis Classic (34.06m) and the Tim Weaver Invite (32.58)... Set PR's in the Discus (30.36m) at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite, Shot Put (10.84m) at the YSU Indoor Mid Major Invite, and Weight Throw (10.61m) at the Jim Wuske Open. 

Prior to Frostburg: Ran Track & Field and played Baseball and Basetkball at Paw Paw High School... Track & Field Most Improved Athlete in 2023... Leadership Award in Baseball and Basketball in 2022-23... Basketball Offensive Player of the Year in 2021-22... Honor Roll all four years of high school. 

Personal: Son of Randy Ryan and Stacy Smith... Majoring in Business.
