XC: Ran a 27.14.3 in the Lock Haven Invite to open the season... Showed a 27:23.9 time in the Paul Short Run... Clocked a 27.43.03 at MEC Championships... Knotted a season best 26:49.3 in the Go Fast River Run... Ran a 32:53.3 10k at the Atlantic Region Championships for 10th best in program history.

2023 (Fr.)
XC: Placed 13th in the Galen Piper Invite with a 19:33.3 time for the top FSU mark at the event since 2008... Ran a 26:32.1 in the Bethany Invitational for an eighth place finish... Clocked a 25:25 in the Lock Haven Invitational... Finished 33rd at the Paul Short Invite with a time of 26:48.8... Knotted a 30th place finish with a 28:01.86 time in the MEC Championships... Ran a 33:21.2 in the Atlantic Regional Meet... Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll.  

T&F: Finished runner-up in the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major with a personal-best 4:18.66... Placed 2nd in the 800m with a PR 2:00.56 at the WVU Last Chance Meet... Set personal records in the 1,500m (3:59.72) at the Hopkins/Loyola Invite and the 3k (8:44.16) at the SPIRE Indoor Games. 

Prior to Frostburg: Ran cross country and track & field at Calvert Hall High School... MIAA All-Conference as a senior... MIAA Outdoor track & field team champion as a junior and senior... Indoor team champion in 2022... Earned honor roll from 2020-22. 

Personal: Son of Timothy and Suzie Connelly... Majoring in Health and Wellness.
