XC: Ran a 19:23.78 in the 5k at the Cantello Invite.

T&F: Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2023-24 (Jr.)
XC: Ran a 31:29.8 in the Bethany Invitational... Placed 45th in the Go Fast River Run with a time of 31:10.2... Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

T&F: Had a top-10 finish with a personal record in the 5k (17:32.86) at the Tim Weaver Invite... Set PR's in the 800m (2:26.59) at the Messiah Multis Invite, the mile (5:24.40) at the YSU Indoor Icebreaker, the 1,500m (4:45.57) at the Stan Romanoski Open, and the 3k (10:51.03) at the Jim Wuske Open... Member of the runner-up Distance Medley Relay Team (11:30.87) at the Jim Wuske Open. 

Prior to Frostburg: Ran cross country at Harford Community College in 2022... Member of FBLA. 

Personal: Son of Dan and Tina Folmer... Majoring in Accounting.
