T&F: Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2023-24 (So.)
XC: Ran a 30:16.8 in the Bethany Invitational... Finished 57th in the Go Fast River Run with a time of 32:27.2... Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

T&F: Honorable Mention All-MEC as member of the 4x400m relay team (3:16.96)... Ran a personal best 1,000m (2:52.34) at the YSU Indoor Mid Major Invite... Set a PR in the 1,500m (4:36.90) at the Stan Romanoski Open... Member of the runner-up Distance Medley Relay team (11:30.87) at the Jim Wuske Open. 

2022-23 (Fr.)
XC: Ran a 30:35.00 in the Lock Haven XC Invite... Finished with a 31:04.7 time in the Lewis Crossover... Clocked a 31:45.9 time in the Go Fast River Run... Knotted a 34:33.82 time in the MEC Championships... Finished with a time of 35:52.1 in the NCAA  Atlantic Region Championships.

T&F: Placed 4th and ran a personal-best 1:57.93 in the 800m at the Messiah Multis Invite... Had PR's in the mile (4:48.35) at the YSU Indoor Icebreaker and the 500m (1:10.87) at the YSU Mid Major Invite... Set personal records in the 200m (24.09) and the 400m (51.10) at the WVU Last Chance Meet... Earned runner-up in the 800m (2:00.89) at the Bob Lewis Classic. 

Prior to Frostburg: Earned 12 varsity letters at Northern High School... Received Physical Education Weight Training and Physical Conditioning Award... Received Senior English Scholar Award and Outstanding Youth of Calvert County Award.  

Personal: Son of Steven and Earlene... Majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
