2019 Outdoor: Ran in five meets, with four top-five finishes and one win … Took sixth in the 10,000-meter run (34:10.44) and 11th in the 5,000 (16:13.82) at CAC Championships … Won the 10K (33:47.08) at Gettysburg to rank 46th in the region … Set a season-best in the 5,000 (16:03.45) in a third-place finish at Messiah … Took third in the 1500 (4:15.51) and 10th in the 800 (2:06.04) at the FSU Bobcat Invitational.
