Finished with a 29:05.89 time at the MEC Championships... Knotted a 28:23.6 in the Go Fast River Run... Ran a 33:44.3 10k at the Atlantic Region Championships... Named to Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Prior to Frostburg: Ran Cross Country and Track & Field at Harford Technical High School... XC State finalist from 2021-24... T&F State finalist from 2022-24 in both indoor and outdoor seasons... XC and Indoor T&F Regional champions in 2021 and 2022... Outdoor T&F Regional champions from 2020-24... Earned distinguished honor roll all four years of high school.

Personal: Son of Thomas and Jessamyn Saltysiak... Majoring in Engineering with a Minor in Physics.
