Andrew Foltz is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Frostburg State swim teams. He will work with both men’s and women’s swim teams.
Prior to joining the FSU coaching staff, Foltz worked as an assistant swim coach at the Elizabethtown Aquatic Club in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. While at Elizabethtown, he provided swimming instructions for multiple age groups and implemented dryland programs for participating swimmers.
For the past six summers, Foltz has been the head swim coach at the Mount Joy Lions Summer Swim Team in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. As head coach, he led all aspects of daily team activities and instructed 75-100+ swimmers.
Foltz received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. While graduating with honors Foltz was a letterman on the Football team. He also received a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
