Sixth place finish in the Bethany Invite clocking a 26:56.49 time... Top 40 finish in the Lock Haven XC Invite with a 25:48.30 time... Knotted his best 8k time at 25:40 in the Go Fast River Run... Put up a 29:12.37 at MEC Championships... Finished with a time of 32:38.7 in NCAA Atlantic Region Championships.

Prior to Frostburg: Lettered in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field at Pikesville High School... State champion in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade... County champion in 12th... Principals Honor Roll in 11th grade... Honor Roll in 10th and 11th grade. 

Personal: Son of Getaneh Hunde and Meskerem Tessema... Majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
