Tyler Condiff is entering his first year with the Frostburg State University football program in 2014 after being hired as a graduate assistant by head coach DeLane Fitzgerald.
Condiff, who will assist the linebackers for the Bobcats, comes to Frostburg after serving as an assistant offensive line coach at Southern Virginia in the spring of 2014.
Prior to coaching, Condiff was a standout offensive lineman for the SVU football program under Fitzgerald. Condiff was a four-year starter, totaling 36 starts and helping the Knights to 20 wins from 2010-13. Condiff was named a USCAA Pre-season All-American heading into his junior season and he was named a First Team All-USCAA and VaSIDA Second Team All-State honors following his senior season.
Condiff earned his bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in family and child development from Southern Virginia in 2014. He is currently pursuing his master’s in education from Frostburg State.
