Joshua Wade begins his first year as a graduate assistant with the Frostburg State football program in 2017.
Wade comes to FSU after a stint as the linebackers coach at Surrattsville High School (Clinton, Md.).
During his playing career, Wade spent three years as a member of the defensive line at North Carolina Central University. In his time with the Eagles, Wade help the program win two MEAC championships and served as a team captain during the 2015 season.
Wade spent his freshman campaign at Benedict College where he started all ten games for the Tigers and set a freshman record for tackles for loss (10.5).
Wade graduated from North Carolina Central University in 2016 with a degree in mass communications.
