2019 (Sr.): Appeared in 14 games as both a relief pitcher and starter… Started two games on the season… Threw the fourth most innings on the team with 31.2 innings pitched… Recorded 26 strikeouts on the season… Against Penn State Altoona (3/19/19) he struck out a career high six batters in 4.0 innings of work while not allowing a hit…  In a midweek matchup with Marietta he threw 4.0 innings allowing two hits one run and fanned 6 batters… Concluded his career tied for 10th all-time in program history in relief appearances (32).

2018 (Jr.): Pitched in eight games with one start… Posted 1-0 record with 7.94 ERA … Allowed 18 runs (10 earned) in 11.1 innings… Punched out 12 batters and issued 10 walks… Winning pitcher against Gallaudet (3/25/18)… Four scoreless appearances out of the bullpen… Struck out two batters in a scoreless inning vs. Penn State Abington (2/16/18) and New Rochelle (2/25/18)… Season-high three strikeouts in lone start of the season against York (Pa.) (4/30/18).
 
2017 (So.): Pitched in 12 games, 10 games in relief... Went 0-2 with  an 8.15 ERA...Allowed 18 hits and 16 runs in 17.2 innings pitched… Recorded 15 strikeouts and six walks… Four scoreless appearances…Notched season-high three strikeouts vs. Salisbury (4/2/17)… Didn’t allow a baserunner in two innings against Gallaudet (3/26/17)… Appeared in relief for 2.2 innings against Roanoke (2/11/7)… Allowed an unearned run and tallied a strikeout in 0.2 innings against No. 1 Shenandoah (4/13/17).
 
2016 (Fy.): Made appearances in three games... Finished with four strikeouts...Pitched against Ferrum (3/17/16), Wesley (3/26/16) and Penn State Harrisburg (4/19/16).
 
Prior to Frostburg: Earned varsity letters in baseball, golf, swimming and track & field at Sherwood... Honor Roll and Minds in Motion student in high school... Personal: Son of Dan and Terry Ryczek... Majoring in economics with a minor in computer science.
