Jon Keeler enters his second season with the Frostburg State baseball team in 2015. Keeler joined the baseball staff in 2014 after a successful career on the field for the Bobcats.

Keeler was a two-year player for Frostburg splitting time between the infield and as the designated hitter. The Waldorf, Md. native was a .290 hitter in 58 games over the two years. Keeler registered 41 hits, including eight doubles, and 19 runs batted in. In his senior season for Frostburg, Keeler hit .297 with 27 hits and six doubles.

In the field, Keeler finished his career at Frostburg with a .973 fielding percentage, including assisting in 14 double plays his senior season.

Keeler graduated from Frostburg in 2013 with his bachelor of science degree in physical education and is pursuing his master’s degree at FSU.
