CHARLESTON, W. Va. - The MEC Tournament Baseball contest between Frostburg State and Concord has been suspended until Sunday morning.
After going into extra innings, FSU took a 7-6 lead in the top of the 12th inning before the skies opened up and a downpour caused the game to be delayed and eventually called due to curfew at GoMart Ballpark.
The game is scheduled to resume from the top of the 12th inning, where Frostburg has two outs and no runners on base, at 10 a.m. on Sunday, where the winner of the game will advance to the MEC Championship Game, with that time to be determined. Further information and updates will be posted to mountaineast.org and frostburgsports.com.
