KUTZTOWN, Pa. - The Frostburg State Men's Tennis team faced Kutztown on the road in a Saturday afternoon match, losing 5-2.
Freshmen German Diaz and Cole Alcala both pulled off singles victories for the lone Bobcat wins on the day. Diaz took his match in dominating fashion, winning 6-1, 6-0, while Alcala won his match by a score of 6-1, 6-4.Â
Sophomore Matt Bolen paired with freshman Noah Fisher in a very close 7-6 loss in doubles play, as KU swept the doubles matches.Â
With the loss, FSU drops to 0-2 on the year and Kutztown improves to 3-2. The Bobcats will be back in action Saturday, October 8 at home against Shepherd. For more information on Frostburg athletics, visitÂ
