BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. - The Frostburg State Women's Cross Country team was tabbed to finish seventh in the MEC Preseason Poll, as announced by the league office.
FSU finished last year's MEC Championships in ninth place with a small roster, two spots lower than their predicted finish this year. The team brings back five runners and adds a freshmen class of five.
The Bobcats begin their season on Friday, September 2, at the Piper XC Alumni Challenge in Shippensburg, Pa.
