HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Frostburg Field Hockey Team dropped their season finale 2-1 to Coker on the road Sunday afternoon.
The Bobcats got on the board first when sophomore Zoe Reading fired a shot into the back of the cage to give Frostburg the early advantage, her second goal of the weekend for FSU.
In the second half, the tide turned in the game, as Coker came out hot, putting two goals by junior keeper Madison Manalansan. That proved to be the difference as the Bobcats couldn't find the back of the cage for the rest of the contest and dropped the game 2-1.
With the loss, Frostburg ends their season with a record of 2-16.
