FROSTBURG, Md. – It was a tale of two halves in the CAC Tournament first round matchup between fourth-seeded Frostburg and fifth-seeded Salisbury, but it was the Sea Gulls that came out on top after scoring late in the first OT for a 3-2 victory.
The Sea Gulls advance to the CAC Tournament semifinals and improved to 7-9-1 with the win while the Bobcats' season comes to a close at 5-11-1.

Salisbury outshot Frostburg 9-2 over the first 45 minutes of play.
The second half belonged to the Bobcats as they charged back into the game with two goals despite being outshot 6-3.

rd minute. Less than five minutes later, junior Jesse Dunagan lifted a right footed shot from near the endline and over the outstretched arms of SU keeper Regan Benton.
FSU attempted just one shot over the remainder of the second and the game headed for OT.
In the extra frame, Bobcat senior keeper Rhianna Lapen made a save on a shot from Boller just moments into the period. However, Salisbury grabbed the win when Rossiter slipped a low shot into the right side of the net for the game winner.
