WESTMORELAND, Pa. – Freshman Jayla Jones opened the 2015 cross country season by earning individual honors as the Frostburg women competed at the 2015 Westmoreland Invitational, Saturday morning.
 
Jones took home eighth place in 26:13 and earned a post-race award for her top-10 finish. Fellow freshman Alexandra Jeffers just missed out on an award after taking 11^th place in 27:28.
 
Senior Danielle McClammy rounded out the three Bobcat runners with a 20^th-overal place in 31:50.

The Frostburg women return to action on Saturday, September 19 at the St. Mary's College Invitational at 10:30 am.
