YORK, Pa. – The Frostburg State men’s tennis team had its season come to a close on Saturday with an 8-1 loss at fourth-seeded York in the first round of the CAC Tournament.
The Bobcats (2-13) picked up their only victory at No. 2 singles as Kenneth Alban defeated Eric Cooperman, 6-4, 6-4. The win was his third of the season at No. 2 singles.
In doubles action, Aaron Littlejohn and Arun Pant suffered a narrow loss at No. 1, 8-6, to Tyler Cheatham and Rory Handlin.
