OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Frostburg State University women’s tennis team suffered a 7-2 loss to CAC foe Salisbury, Saturday. The Bobcats were also playing Goucher on Saturday, but the match was suspended due to darkness with FSU trailing 4-2.
Kayla Kirk had a hand in both Bobcat wins against the Sea Gulls. Kirk downed Megan Knapp 7-6, 3-7, 6-4 at No. 6 singles. She joined Kaitlyn Lemert for an 8-0 shutout win at No. 3 doubles over Charlotte Urian and Sam Babo.
FSU hosts Wesley this Friday at 3:30 pm.
