YORK, Pa. – The Frostburg State volleyball team posted its third Capital Athletic Conference win of the season with a 3-0 shutout of York (Pa.), Wednesday night.

The victory lifts Frostburg to 6-23 overall and 3-3 in the league. The win is the third in the last four matches and pushes FSU to fifth in the conference standings.
Sophomore Aimee Petrides led the attack with eight kills, 12 digs and three service aces. Senior April Wolfe added six kills and 11 digs, while sophomore Caitlyn Collins had 14 assists, four aces and six digs. Senior Brianna Teets was second with seven kills.
FSU returns to action this Saturday at Salisbury at 12:00 pm.
