The Frostburg State University Student Government Association invites the campus community to attend a Candlelight Vigil Service in memory of Brandon M. Carroll scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2010.

The program will start with a Candlelight March which will depart PROMPTLY from the Upper Quad at 8:30 p.m.

The Candlelight March will conclude at the P.E. Main Arena where the program will continue at 9:00 p.m.
