GROVE CITY, Pa. - The men's and women's swimming teams wrapped up their Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championships at the Grove City Invitational, Saturday. The men captured third-place while the women placed fifth.

Penn State Behrend took home the men's title with 385 points followed by PSA in second-place with 148. FSU finished in third-place (130) while Pitt-Bradford took fourth-place with 114 points. For the women, PSB captured the conference title with 336 and PSA finished in second-place (148) while UPB captured third (122) followed by FSU with 108 points.
Senior
Jack Hudson (Gaithersburg, Md./Gaithersburg) captured second-place in the conference and 11th overall in the 1,650-yard freestyle (18:05.88).
In the 200-yard butterfly, freshman
Caleb Stair (Hyndman, Pa./Hyndman) posted an AMCC fourth-place finish while placing 10th overall with a time of 2:09.15.
Hudson and Stair were joined by sophomore
Ward Stevenson (Worton, Md./Kent County) and freshman
Bob Norr (Darnestown, Md./Northwest) to place fourth in the AMCC and eighth overall in the 400-yard freestyle relay, touching the wall with a time of 3:31.36.
For the women's squad, senior
Thirza Roberto (Pasadena, Md./Pasadena) captured second-place in the AMCC and 11th overall in the 200-yard backstroke when she touched the wall with a time of 2:18.68.
Freshman
Jessica Rice (Gransonville, Md./Kent Island) finished in fourth-place in the conference in both the 1,650-yard freestyle (21:48.66) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:39.58) while finishing 17th and 16th overall respectively.
The FSU men's squad finishes its season with a 5-7 record while the women were 3-10 on the season.
