GIBSONIA, Pa. - Frostburg State women's cross country runner senior Gwen Massey (Thorofare, N.J./West Deptford) took home Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Runner of the Week honor Monday.

Massey, who has captured a top-ten finish in every meet this season, crossed the line first with a time of 24:17 at the AMCC Championship on Saturday. There were 81 runners competing in the women's 5k this weekend.

As a team, the Bobcat women's squad captured second place out of 10 teams while the men finished third of 11 teams.

The Bobcats return to action on Saturday, Nov. 15 at the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regional Championships in Bethlehem, Pa.
