READING, Pa. - Samuel Thompson scored what would be the game-winning goal for Albright as it defeated Frostburg State 3-2, Saturday.

Gregg Laskow (Plainsboro, N.J./WWP-North) and freshman
Ben Fraczkowski (Baltimore, Md./C. Milton Wright) each scored for the Bobcats in the loss. Laskow has now scored a goal in three of FSU's four games this fall.
Koostra Martin gave Albright a 1-0 lead at 21:20 with the first goal of the contest. Shawn Gentile scored a little over three minutes later for a 2-0 lead.
Laskow narrowed the gap to 2-1 with an unassisted goal at 30:42. Despite trailing on the scoreboard, Frostburg State outshot the Lions 5-3 in the first half.
Seven minutes into the second period, Thompson put the hosts up 3-1 with his first goal of the season. Fraczkowski later scored his first collegiate goal at 65:20 to end the scoring.
Albright led in shots 10-9 for the game and also held a 7-2 edge in corners.

Jay Herford (Crofton, Md./South River) made six saves in the loss for the Bobcats while Joel Hartman made three saves in the win for the Lions.
"Until we realize we're not good enough to just show up, we're not going to win many games. We need to combine playing well and a high work rate or we're going to continue to struggle," said head coach Keith Byrnes.
The Bobcats return to the field this Tuesday when they host Waynesburg at 6:00 pm.
