Trish Brown was a standout four-year player for the Frostburg softball team and held numerous school records at the end of her career.
A three-time All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference honoree, Brown finished her career as Frostburg’s all-time leader in runs scored (92), hits (150), doubles (35), home runs (15), RBI (111), total bases (244) and batting average (.419).
Brown helped Frostburg to 80 wins, including four appearances in the AMCC Tournament. In 2004, Frostburg won 24 games and appeared in the ECAC South Championship for the first time.
As a sophomore in ‘04, Brown was named the AMCC’s Co-Player of the Year and was a First Team All-AMCC selection after finishing 25th in the country in slugging percentage (.780) and 32nd in batting average (.468).
As a junior in 2005, Brown garnered First Team All-AMCC honors for the second-straight season and was an ECAC All-Star.
