Track … Two letters in two seasons. 1979 winner of the F.S.U. Outstanding Runner Award. Terri set the standard for all future F.S.U. female distance runners, and did so at a time when there distance runners, and did so at a time when there were no AIAW All-American honors. Had she competed in later years her marks would have made her an All-American candidate.

She held F.S.U. records for the better part of a decade. At one point she held 6 F.S.U. outdoor and 3 indoor records. Her 1500- and 3000-m. marks were not broken until the late 1980’s.

At the time of her graduation she held these school records:
Outdoor: Mile – 5:20.6
1000-m. – 2:55
Indoor: Mile – 5:11.3
1500-m. – 4:40.3
2-mile relay – 9:46.6

She won three out of four Mason-Dixon Conference championship races, all three in record time. She lost the fourth by 0.7 seconds. Held Mason-Dixon Conference records in the 1500-m., 3000-m. and cross country run.

While running against Division I teams such as Maryland, Rutgers and Penn State, Terri ranked 10th in the East in the 1500-m.
