Track … Four letters in four years. Three event All-American, 1982 in the 400-meter dash, the 4x400 relay and the 4x100 relay.

National champion as a member of the NCAA Division III winning team in the 4x400 relay, 1982.

Third place winner in the NCAA 400-meter dash, 1982.
Member of the fifth-place F.S.U. team in the NCAA 4x100 relay, 1982
Member of the Frostburg State team that placed second in the 1982 NCAA Division III National Championship Meet.

Prior to the establishment of the Women’s NCAA Division III Championships (in 1982), Pam was named to the E.A.I.A.W. All-Eastern team in 1981.

Holder of the following Frostburg State team records at some point in her career:
Indoor – 400-meter dash, 440 relay, 880 relay, and mile relay; Outdoor – 440 relay, 880 medley relay, mile relay, 400-meter relay 800-meter relay and the 1600-meter relay.
