Track … NCAA Division III National Champion in the 400m. hurdles in 1982. All-American in the 400m. hurdles in 1982 and the 4x400m. relay in 1983 Outstanding achievement as a 4-time Mason-Dixon Conference Champion in the 400m. hurdles (1980-1983). Held F.S.U. indoor record in the 400m. with a time of 50.42.
Lorenzo was selected as an All-Conference performer (Mason-Dixon) 14 times in the 600 yard run, mile relay, 400m. hurdles, 4x400m. relay, 400m. and 440 yard run.
Set seven F.S.U. records. At the time of his induction, Lorenzo held the records in the 400m. with a time of 48.26 and the 400m. hurdles with a time of 52.63. Earned four letters in four years.
