Soccer … Four letters in four years. As the varsity starting goalie for three years, Moose compiled a 14-6-4 won-lost-tied record, including seasons of 5-1-2, 5-2-1, and 4-1-1. In those three years he allowed more than two goals in a game only once. Over that 22-game stretch he had six shutouts and 10 games in which he allowed only one goal. Although records are sparse regarding saves, he had 28 in one game as a senior, the only game in which he permitted three goals.

He accomplished a rarity for a goalie, scoring a goal on a penalty kick.

Other Sports … An outstanding high school pitcher, Moose played professional baseball in the St. Louis Browns and Baltimore Oriole organizations, thus playing but one year of baseball and basketball at F.S.T.C.

Executive Director … F.S.U. Bobcats Club
