Freshman Morgan Carroll has earned her first FSU Female Athlete of the Week award.

A sprinter from Smithsburg, Md., Carroll captured two wins and a third-place showing at the Marietta College Open, last Friday. She won the 400-meter dash (1:04.23) and the high jump (1.53 m/5 ft. 0.25 in.) while finishing third in the 200-meter dash (28.31).

The Bobcat women, who finished with five victories and eight top-five finishes, were second out of four teams at the meet.
