Leiter wins his second Frostburg State Athlete of the Week honor this season after competing in the Juniata Eagle Invitational this past Saturday. He finished the 7,500-meter course in seventh place out of 107 runners (25:49.8).

The New Windsor, Md. native, was also the first NCAA Div. III participant to finish the race.
