Butler-Poole, the ACFC Rookie of the Week, had a standout performance in Frostburg State's 37-32 loss to Brockport last Saturday. He completed 23-of-43 pass attempts for 289 yards and four touchdowns, becoming just the fifth player in school history to throw for four or more TDs in a contest.
Butler-Poole leads the ACFC in passing yards (687), touchdowns (7), completions (48) and average yards per game (229.0). He is second in the league in pass efficiency (120.4).
Butler-Poole is also off to the best start after three games for an FSU quarterback since Grant Burrough through for 933 yards, 57 completions and seven touchdowns to begin the 2002 season. Burrough finished that year with 2,573 yards, 208 completions and 23 touchdowns.
