Frostburg State University Athletics

Brian Leiter picked up his fourth Frostburg State Athlete of the Week award of the 2008-09 year after provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Championships for the second time in as many weeks.

Brian, a native of New Windsor, Md., earned a victory in the 800-meter run (1:53.45) and provisionally qualified by over 1.5 seconds at the State Farm Games at West Virginia University.

Two Saturday's ago, Brian provisionally qualified in the one-mile run with a time of 4:15.96.
