Lauren Russell earns her first Frostburg State Athlete of the Week award this year after a pair of goals in a 1-0-1 week for the women's soccer team.

The sophomore scored the team's first goal in a 2-2 tie with No. 5 Johns Hopkins and added an insurance goal in a 2-0 win over AMCC opponent Medaille.
