Softball freshman pitcher Mary Ann Moore has been named the FSU Female Athlete of the Week for the first time this spring.

Moore posted a perfect 4-0 record in four starts last week, allowing just five earned runs. She nearly tossed a perfect game against Washington & Jefferson, allowing just a single hit in the 2-0 shutout win. She also posted 21 strikeouts in the four victories.
