Aimee Petrides has been selected as the FSU Female Athlete of the Week.

Petrides, a freshman middle hitter, smacked 23 kills, posted 14 digs and 11 service aces in four matches last week.

In the Bobcats' first victory of the season, a 3-2 win over Susquehanna at the NYU Tournament, Petrides contributed five kills, three aces, three digs and one block.
