Frostburg State University Athletics

Shari Beavers has been named the FSU Female Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career.

She helped the softball team to four wins last week by hitting .500 (6-of-12), with two doubles, three homeruns, seven runs and nine RBIs.

In a sweep of league opponent Stevenson, she hit .750 (3-of-4) with four RBIs, three runs, a double and a homerun.
